Kapha Body Oil

This signature Kapha blend of Certified Organic vegetable and essential oils have been mindfully created to detoxify, invigorate and enliven your skin.

The luxurious Organic oils have been specifically chosen for their ability to provide balance for the Kapha dosha and season.  

Sunflower, grapeseed, pumpkin seed and black cumin seed oils perfectly hydrate the skin whilst providing the detoxification and balance where necessary. The essential oils also work their magic with helping to rejuvenate and clarify the skin. 

Warm oil in palms and massage with a vigorous and firm pressure over your entire body. Use long strokes over your limbs and circular strokes around the joint, stomach and chest (always working upwards towards your heart).
