Welcome to Arambha website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.arambha.co.uk. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

The Arambha website is an online service of Arambha Ltd and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.
Before placing an order, please read through these terms. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you must not use or access this website.
As both the internet and technology itself can be unpredictable, Arambha Ltd cannot guarantee the website will be completely free of errors, viruses, and bugs or compatible with all software and hardware. We also cannot guarantee that your visit will be totally uninterrupted. Access to our website is entirely at your own risk. If, for any reason beyond our control, we cannot provide you our internet services, we will not be held responsible to you. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the content of our website, explicit or implied, as it is presented as you see it. If we consider it to be necessary, at any time, we reserve the right to update product information, make changes to any part of our website, amend errors, or withdraw any part of the site.
SHOPPING ONLINE
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email showing the total value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card, along with a payment reference number. Please keep this payment reference number as it may be needed in correspondence with ourselves. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
If we no longer have the item, you have ordered or there is a delay for whatever reason, we will endeavour to contact you at the email address you provided us with when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you, or get no reply to our email, we will not supply you with a substitute product, unless you have instructed us otherwise.
We are not obliged to supply the products you have ordered unless we have them in stock and at the price stated. Orders will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- An item you have ordered is not in stock.
- Your payment is not authorised.
- There is an error with either the product or pricing.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order where we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, where shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is unavailable or does not satisfy our quality control standards, if there has been a pricing or product description error, if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Arambha Ltd is not obliged to supply products ordered through this website and the display of any items is not an offer to sell. The refusal of any offer to purchase by you, at any time, is at our sole discretion and we reserve this right to do so.
Arambha Ltd will do its best to keep the website as up to date as possible, but we cannot guarantee that any specific item will always be available. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you by email and release the funds being held in our account for the purchase, or offer you store credit that can be used both online and in one of our boutiques.
Please note, all prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are in pounds sterling.
When you place an order with us, you are offering to buy the item at the price that has been stated, subject to these terms.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices shown are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to change the VAT rate as required by law.
Our prices are reviewed periodically. Any prices shown on the website are current for the product at that time.
We accept payment on the website and by phone using most major debit or credit cards. In placing an order, you confirm that the card being used for payment is yours. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we cannot be held responsible for any charge from your card issuer or banking group incurred by you as a result of processing an order with your credit/debit card in accordance with you order.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email info@arambha.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where the goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy.
PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK
Legal ownership of the items will be retained by us until you have made full payment and it has been received by us. In the case of the payment being refunded to you by ourselves, legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert back to us. Risk on the items will be immediately passed to you on delivery to your address.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Apart from our contractual obligation to supply goods after acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, directors or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any damage or loss whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website. You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers, or other representatives from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
